1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Good Terms Coffee Co. website and online ordering platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What We Offer

Good Terms Coffee Co. operates a coffee shop in Portland, Oregon. Our website lets you browse our menu, place orders for pickup, and join our loyalty program. That's it. Nothing complicated.

3. Your Account

You can browse our menu without an account. To place orders or earn loyalty points, you'll need to create one. Please use accurate information and keep your password secure.

If you no longer wish to use the Service, simply stop using it. You can also reach out to us by email and we will help.

4. Orders and Payments

Prices are listed on our menu and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and mobile payment methods. You'll receive a confirmation email after each order.

If we need to change our prices, we'll update the menu on our website. Price changes only apply to future orders. We'll never retroactively charge you more for an order you've already placed.

5. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is free to join. You earn one point per dollar spent. At 100 points, you receive a free drink of your choice. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program with 30 days' notice to members via email. If we discontinue the program entirely, we'll honor all unredeemed points for 90 days after the announcement.

6. Your Content

If you leave a review or upload a photo, you retain full ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to display it on our website and social media channels for promotional purposes. You can ask us to remove your content at any time and we'll take it down within 7 days.

7. Privacy

We collect your name, email, and order history to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. Our full Privacy Policy is available at goodtermscoffee.example/privacy.

We use cookies on our website to remember your cart contents and login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Disputes

If you have a problem with our Service, please contact us first at hello@goodtermscoffee.example. We'll do our best to resolve it directly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue the matter in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
